قلّد نائب أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة الأمير سعود بن مشعل بن عبدالعزيز مدير سجون المنطقة اللواء عبدالرحمن القحطاني رتبته الجديدة، متمنياً له التوفيق والسداد في مهام عمله.
واطّلع الأمير سعود بن مشعل خلال استقباله اللواء القحطاني على أعمال مديرية السجون بالمنطقة وبرامجها وأنشطتها الموجهة للنزلاء، والهادفة إلى تأهيلهم وتهيئتهم للاندماج في المجتمع بعد الإفراج عنهم، بما يعزز دورهم كأفراد فاعلين ومنتجين.
وأشاد بالجهود المبذولة في تنفيذ البرامج الإصلاحية والتأهيلية، مؤكداً أهمية مواصلة العمل لتحقيق مستهدفاتها بما ينعكس إيجاباً على النزلاء والمجتمع.
The Deputy Emir of the Makkah Region, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, awarded the new rank to the Director of Prisons in the region, Major General Abdulrahman Al-Qahtani, wishing him success and prosperity in his duties.
During his reception of Major General Al-Qahtani, Prince Saud bin Mishal reviewed the works of the Prisons Directorate in the region, along with its programs and activities aimed at inmates, which seek to rehabilitate and prepare them for reintegration into society after their release, thereby enhancing their role as active and productive individuals.
He praised the efforts made in implementing reform and rehabilitation programs, emphasizing the importance of continuing the work to achieve their objectives, which positively reflects on the inmates and the community.
