وأضاف: “من أجل تجنب إلحاق الاذى بكم أدعوكم إلى الاستجابة لنداءاتنا بالإخلاء ومتابعة التحذيرات التي نقوم باصدارها. فهذه الإنذارات تهدف إلى إنقاذ حياتكم” حسب زعمه.
