أعلن أرسنال، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، انتهاء موسم مدافعه بن وايت بسبب الإصابة التي تعرض لها في المباراة الماضية ضد وست هام في مسابقة الدوري الإنجليزي.

وأوضح النادي في بيان عبر موقعه الإلكتروني أن بن وايت تعرض لإصابة في الرباط الجانبي للركبة، سيغيب على إثرها حتى نهاية الموسم الحالي.
وأضاف البيان: «يتولى فريقنا الطبي الآن إدارة برنامج تعافي وإعادة تأهيل بن وايت، حيث يركز الجميع بشكل كامل على دعم هدف أن يكون بن جاهزاً لبدء استعداداتنا للموسم الجديد».

ويتصدر أرسنال جدول ترتيب الدوري الإنجليزي برصيد 79 نقطة من 36 مباراة، بفارق خمس نقاط عن أقرب منافسيه مانشستر سيتي، الذي خاض 35 لقاءً.
وفي حال فوز أرسنال في مباراتيه المتبقيتين ضد بيرنلي وكريستال بالاس، سيتوج بلقب الدوري الإنجليزي رسمياً بعد غياب 22 عاماً.

Arsenal announced today (Tuesday) that defender Ben White’s season has ended due to an injury sustained in the last match against West Ham in the English Premier League.
Injury Details
The club clarified in a statement on its website that Ben White suffered an injury to the lateral ligament of his knee, which will keep him out until the end of the current season.
The statement added: “Our medical team is now managing Ben White’s recovery and rehabilitation program, with everyone fully focused on supporting the goal of having Ben ready to start our preparations for the new season.”

Arsenal currently tops the English Premier League table with 79 points from 36 matches, five points ahead of their closest rival, Manchester City, which has played 35 matches.
If Arsenal wins its remaining matches against Burnley and Crystal Palace, they will officially be crowned Premier League champions after a 22-year absence.
Arsenal has also qualified for the UEFA Champions League final, where they will face French club Paris Saint-Germain on May 30 at the “Puskás Aréna” in Budapest, Hungary.
