ضبط باعة مخالفين لقطع أثرية ومنقبين عشوائيين وناشري محتويات مضللة عن «كنوز» – أخبار السعودية

رصدت هيئة التراث خلال شهر أبريل 26 مخالفة تعدٍ على مواقع التراث الثقافي والقطع الأثرية في عدد من مناطق السعودية، وذلك في إطار جهودها الرقابية المستمرة لحماية المواقع الأثرية، وتعزيز الالتزام بالأنظمة المتعلقة بحماية الآثار والتراث العمراني، والتصدي لأي ممارسات من شأنها الإضرار بالتراث الوطني أو العبث بمحتوياته.

وتضمنت المخالفات المرصودة 12 تجاوزاً على مواقع التراث الثقافي في عدد من المناطق، تم ضبطها عبر الجولات الرقابية الميدانية والبلاغات الواردة، وتنوعت هذه التجاوزات بين التعدي على سياج المواقع الأثرية أو العبث بمكوناتها، وأعمال نبش وحفر غير مشروع داخل نطاق مواقع أثرية، إضافة إلى إلحاق الضرر باللوحات التعريفية والبنية التنظيمية لبعض المواقع، وقد جرى التعامل مع هذه الحالات وفق الإجراءات النظامية المعتمدة، بما يشمل توثيق المخالفات وإحالتها إلى الجهات المختصة لاستكمال الإجراءات اللازمة حيالها.

كما رصدت الهيئة 14 مخالفة تتعلق بالقطع الأثرية عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، تمثلت في حيازة قطع أثرية أو عرضها للبيع دون الحصول على التراخيص النظامية، أو الترويج لممارسات مخالفة مثل التنقيب غير المشروع، إضافة إلى نشر محتوى مضلل يدّعي وجود آثار أو كنوز في بعض المواقع، وجرى التعامل مع هذه الحالات وفق الأنظمة والقوانين، وإحالتها إلى الجهات المختصة لاستكمال الإجراءات اللازمة حيالها.

ودعت الهيئة الجميع إلى التعاون والإبلاغ عن أي تجاوزات على مواقع التراث الثقافي أو مكوناته، عبر قنواتها الرسمية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، أو من خلال زيارة أحد فروعها ومكاتبها في مختلف مناطق المملكة، أو باستخدام خدمة «بلاغ أثري» التي تتيح استقبال البلاغات والتعامل معها بشكل مباشر.

The Heritage Authority monitored 26 violations of encroachments on cultural heritage sites and archaeological artifacts in several regions of Saudi Arabia during the month of April. This is part of its ongoing regulatory efforts to protect archaeological sites, enhance compliance with regulations related to the protection of antiquities and urban heritage, and address any practices that may harm the national heritage or tamper with its contents.

The recorded violations included 12 encroachments on cultural heritage sites in various areas, which were detected through field monitoring tours and incoming reports. These violations varied from encroaching on the fences of archaeological sites or tampering with their components, to illegal digging and excavation within the boundaries of archaeological sites, in addition to causing damage to informational signs and the organizational structure of some sites. These cases were handled according to the approved regulatory procedures, including documenting the violations and referring them to the relevant authorities to complete the necessary actions regarding them.

The authority also recorded 14 violations related to archaeological artifacts through social media platforms, which involved the possession of artifacts or offering them for sale without obtaining the necessary licenses, or promoting illegal practices such as unauthorized excavation, in addition to publishing misleading content claiming the existence of artifacts or treasures in certain locations. These cases were dealt with according to the laws and regulations, and were referred to the relevant authorities to complete the necessary actions regarding them.

The authority urged everyone to cooperate and report any violations of cultural heritage sites or their components through its official channels on social media, or by visiting one of its branches and offices in various regions of the Kingdom, or by using the “Heritage Report” service, which allows for the reception and direct handling of reports.
