أصدرت المحكمة الدستورية العليا في مصر حكما مهما اليوم الإثنين، قضى بعدم دستورية القرار الصادر عن رئيس هيئة الدواء المصرية عام 2023، والمتعلق بتعديل جداول المخدرات، معتبرة أن جميع القرارات السابقة واللاحقة التي قامت على هذا التعديل باطلة.
