في تطور قضائي أعاد اسم الفنان المغربي سعد لمجرد إلى واجهة الجدل العالمي، أعلن محاميه كريستيان سان باليه رسمياً أن موكله استأنف الحكم الصادر بحقه، والذي قضى الأسبوع الماضي بسجنه 5 سنوات على خلفية قضية اغتصاب أخرى في فرنسا.
الحكم الصادر عن محكمة مدينة «دراغينيان» جاء بعد محاكمة استمرت 4 أيام فقط، انتهت بإدانة النجم البالغ من العمر 41 عاماً، رغم أن الادعاء العام التمس معاقبته بالسجن لـ 10 سنوات كاملة.
نادلة الملهى الليلي.. كواليس ليلة «سان تروبيه»
تعود وقائع هذه القضية الصادمة إلى عام 2018 في مدينة «سان تروبيه» الساحلية جنوب شرق فرنسا:
- رواية الضحية: شابة كانت تعمل نادلة داخل ملهى ليلي، أكدت أنها وافقت على مرافقة الفنان إلى غرفته بالفندق، قبل أن تتهمه بالاعتداء عليها واغتصابها هناك.
- رد لمجرد: يواصل الفنان المغربي نفي الاتهامات بشكل قاطع، مصراً على أن العلاقة بينهما تمت بالتراضي التام دون أي إكراه.
لكن المنعطف الأكثر غرابة وإثارة للحيرة في الجلسة، هو أنه رغم خطورة حكم الإدانة بالسجن 5 سنوات، لم تصدر المحكمة مذكرة توقيف فورية بحق لمجرد!
وغادر الفنان القاعة حراً طليقاً بناءً على طلب من الطرف المدني (الضحية)، مما أضفى غموضاً وتعقيداً كبيراً على المسار القانوني للقضية التي باتت حديث الساعة.
ولم تكن هذه القضية هي الأولى في سجل لمجرد القضائي الذي بات واحداً من أكثر الملفات إثارة للجدل في الوسط الفني العربي:
- فرنسا (2016): قضية شهيرة أُدين فيها سابقاً.
- أمريكا (2010): اتهامات مماثلة لاحقته في الولايات المتحدة.
- المغرب: ملاحقات وقضايا سابقة.
وبينما ينقسم الشارع العربي والمغربي بين مدافع عن النجم الشهير ومطالب بمعاقبته، تتجه الأنظار الآن صوب محكمة الاستئناف الفرنسية التي ستحسم الكلمة الأخيرة في مصير «المعلم».
In a judicial development that has brought Moroccan artist Saad Lamjarred back into the global controversy, his lawyer Christian San Palais officially announced that his client has appealed the ruling against him, which sentenced him last week to 5 years in prison related to another rape case in France.
The ruling issued by the court in the city of “Draguignan” came after a trial that lasted only 4 days, ending with the conviction of the 41-year-old star, despite the public prosecution requesting a full 10-year prison sentence.
The Nightclub Waitress.. Behind the Scenes of the “Saint-Tropez” Night
The shocking events of this case date back to 2018 in the coastal city of “Saint-Tropez” in southeastern France:
- The victim’s account: A young woman who worked as a waitress in a nightclub, confirmed that she agreed to accompany the artist to his hotel room, before accusing him of assaulting and raping her there.
- Lamjarred’s response: The Moroccan artist continues to categorically deny the accusations, insisting that the relationship between them was completely consensual without any coercion.
However, the most strange and puzzling turn in the session is that despite the seriousness of the 5-year prison sentence, the court did not issue an immediate arrest warrant against Lamjarred!
The artist left the courtroom a free man at the request of the civil party (the victim), which added significant ambiguity and complexity to the legal course of the case that has become the talk of the hour.
This was not the first case in Lamjarred’s judicial record, which has become one of the most controversial files in the Arab artistic community:
- France (2016): A famous case in which he was previously convicted.
- America (2010): Similar accusations followed him in the United States.
- Morocco: Previous prosecutions and cases.
While the Arab and Moroccan public is divided between defenders of the famous star and those demanding his punishment, all eyes are now on the French Court of Appeal, which will have the final word on the fate of “The Teacher.”
