عادت قضية طالب مصري حُكم عليه بالسجن المؤبد في قضية اتجار بالمواد المخدرة إلى دائرة الجدل مجدداً، بعد تداول مقطع فيديو ظهر فيه الشاب وهو يروي تفاصيل الأزمة التي يقول إنها بدأت باستخراج خط هاتف باسمه لصالح أحد معارفه، قبل أن يجد نفسه متهماً في واحدة من القضايا الجنائية الكبرى.
وتصدر اسم عمرو عمارة، طالب كلية الحاسبات والمعلومات بجامعة الزقازيق، منصات التواصل الاجتماعي خلال الساعات الماضية، بعدما انتشر مقطع مصور تحدث فيه عن ملابسات القضية التي انتهت بتأييد الحكم الصادر بحقه بالسجن المؤبد.
خط الهاتف
وبحسب رواية الطالب وأسرته، فإن بداية الواقعة تعود إلى نحو عامين عندما وافق على إعارة بطاقته الشخصية لصديق لاستخراج خط هاتف محمول، لمساعدة شقيقة الأخير التي كانت تعمل في بيع خطوط الاتصالات وتسعى إلى تحقيق مستهدفات العمل.
وأكد الطالب في الفيديو المتداول أنه لم يستخدم الخط بعد استخراجه، ولم يكن على علم بأي تعاملات أو أنشطة تمت من خلاله.
قضية المخدرات
لكن المفاجأة جاءت عندما ارتبط الخط المسجل باسمه بتحقيقات تتعلق بضبط شحنة كبيرة من المواد المخدرة كانت مخبأة داخل سيارة نقل بالقرب من نفق الشهيد أحمد حمدي، ما أدى إلى إدراج اسمه ضمن المتهمين في القضية.
وأوضح أن ظهور الخط ضمن التحريات أسفر عن صدور حكم غيابي بالسجن المؤبد بحقه، قبل أن يسلم نفسه للجهات المختصة ويبدأ رحلة الدفاع عن موقفه أمام القضاء.

وأشار الطالب إلى امتلاكه مستندات وأدلة تؤكد عدم وجوده في موقع الواقعة وقت ضبط الشحنة، وأنه لم يشارك في أي نشاط إجرامي مرتبط بالقضية.
وأثار الفيديو المتداول تفاعلاً واسعاً عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، إذ طالب عدد من المستخدمين بإعادة فحص الأدلة والوقائع المرتبطة بالقضية.
تأييد الحكم
في المقابل، أيدت المحكمة المختصة حكم السجن المؤبد الصادر بحق الطالب بعد استكمال مراحل التقاضي القانونية، فيما تواصل أسرته وهيئة الدفاع اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية المتاحة أملاً في إعادة عرض القضية أمام الجهات القضائية المختصة.
مخاطر البيانات
وسلطت الواقعة الضوء على مخاطر استخدام بطاقات الرقم القومي والبيانات الشخصية في استخراج خطوط الهاتف أو إتمام معاملات للغير، وما قد يترتب على ذلك من تبعات قانونية وجنائية جسيمة، كما أعادت طرح تساؤلات حول آليات التحقق من المستخدم الفعلي لخطوط الاتصالات وسبل حماية البيانات الشخصية من سوء الاستغلال.
The case of an Egyptian student who was sentenced to life imprisonment in a drug trafficking case has returned to the center of controversy, after a video clip circulated in which the young man recounts the details of the crisis that he says began with the extraction of a phone line in his name for the benefit of one of his acquaintances, before he found himself accused in one of the major criminal cases.
The name of Amr Amara, a student at the Faculty of Computers and Information at Zagazig University, has dominated social media platforms in recent hours, after a video clip emerged in which he discussed the circumstances of the case that ended with the affirmation of the life sentence issued against him.
The Phone Line
According to the student and his family’s account, the incident dates back about two years when he agreed to lend his ID card to a friend to extract a mobile phone line, to help the latter’s sister who was working in selling communication lines and was trying to meet work targets.
The student confirmed in the circulated video that he did not use the line after it was extracted and was not aware of any transactions or activities that took place through it.
The Drug Case
However, the surprise came when the line registered in his name was linked to investigations concerning the seizure of a large shipment of drugs hidden inside a transport vehicle near the Ahmed Hamdi Tunnel, which led to his name being included among the accused in the case.
He explained that the appearance of the line in the investigations resulted in a default judgment of life imprisonment against him, before he surrendered to the relevant authorities and began his journey to defend his position in court.
An Emotional Video
The student pointed out that he possesses documents and evidence confirming his absence from the scene of the incident at the time the shipment was seized, and that he did not participate in any criminal activity related to the case.
The circulated video sparked widespread interaction across social media platforms, with many users calling for a re-examination of the evidence and facts related to the case.
Affirmation of the Sentence
In contrast, the competent court upheld the life sentence issued against the student after completing the legal litigation stages, while his family and defense team continue to take available legal actions in hopes of having the case presented again before the relevant judicial authorities.
Data Risks
The incident highlighted the risks of using national ID cards and personal data to extract phone lines or complete transactions for others, and the serious legal and criminal repercussions that may result from this, as well as raising questions about the mechanisms for verifying the actual user of communication lines and ways to protect personal data from misuse.
